How We Use AI
Last updated: 8 November 2026
CryptoNewsLive uses AI tools to cover crypto markets faster and with more data than a small team could by hand. We use Anthropic’s Claude models. This page says what the tools do, what they do not do, and who is responsible for what we publish.
What AI does here
- Scans exchange data to find tokens and events that moved.
- Pulls figures from exchange, on-chain and market-data sources, and reads the primary sources behind a story, such as exchange announcements, a project’s own posts and block explorer records.
- Builds charts from candle data and drafts the first version of an article in our house style.
- Runs automated checks on a draft: whether quoted numbers match the data pulled, whether a claim has a primary source, and whether the structure repeats a recent article.
What AI does not do
- It does not invent quotes, sources, statistics or experts. Every figure and quote traces to a source we can name.
- It does not make images that pretend to be photographs of people or events. Screenshots in our articles are real captures of the source, and charts are drawn from real market data.
- It does not decide our standards. Claims that cannot be verified are left out, and a cause is stated only when an official source or on-chain evidence shows it. See our editorial standards.
Who is responsible
The people who run CryptoNewsLive set the rules the tools follow, decide what we cover, and answer for what is published under the site’s name. Each article names the editor responsible for it. Published articles are re-read, and when a reader or a check finds a problem, it is fixed under our corrections policy.
Our rules for AI-assisted writing
- Facts come first. A sentence the sources do not support is removed, however well it reads.
- Numbers carry a venue and a UTC time, and anything that changes within hours is labelled as a snapshot.
- We do not present AI-generated price predictions as forecasts. See our disclaimer.
