The website is returning a 502 Bad Gateway. The token is trading at $0.0004572. The presale raised $55 million. And three days ago, the deployer wallet moved 0.9 ETH to an anonymous destination address.
This is the story of Rexas Finance.
What They Told You
In September 2024, a project called Rexas Finance appeared on Ethereum with a pitch engineered for maximum hype. Real World Asset tokenization. A CertiK security audit. Six different ecosystem products. A $1 million giveaway. A presale priced to launch at $0.25 per token.
The marketing machine ran hard. CoinTelegraph published eight separate press releases. GlobeNewswire pushed stage completion announcements every few weeks. The headline from December 24, 2024 still lives online: “Trending RWA Platform Rexas Finance Sells Out 10th Presale Stage, Raise Hits $33,125,000.”
By the time Stage 11 closed in January 2025, the project had collected approximately $55 million from presale participants across more than 100,000 individual transactions on the Ethereum blockchain. The presale contract recorded 109,174 transactions in total.
48,000 people bought in.

What Actually Happened
The token launched on June 19, 2025 on MEXC and BitMart. It opened at $0.10. Not the promised $0.25. On LBank it opened at $0.175. On the same day of launch, the price on MEXC crashed to $0.005. A 96% decline inside 24 hours.
“Bought into the presale starting at like 12 cents a coin. Glad I only lost 500 dollars. Guaranteed a 25 cent launch and coin immediately opens at .012 or some nonsense. Total scam. — Ben Lee (US), Trustpilot, February 22, 2026”
“They created fake advertisements everywhere and convinced 1000s of people to invest into RXS with a promise of gains. Then when it launched it was worth nothing, way less than originally invested. I lost 600 quid but I am sure more have lost larger amounts. — Nick Healy (Ireland), Trustpilot, October 7, 2025”
“Promises of opening at .25 then immediately crashing to almost 0. I am still sitting on all my coins, there is no use of selling now. Hopefully someday I will see a report of Rexas leaders in handcuffs. — beach bum (US), Trustpilot, December 1, 2025”

The Numbers Today
As of June 29, 2026, RXS trades at $0.0004572.
The full 1 billion token supply gives a Fully Diluted Valuation of $457,205.
A project that raised $55 million is now worth less than half a million dollars total. Every dollar invested in the presale is now worth less than one cent.
DEX liquidity on Uniswap V3 stands at $19,186. In the last 24 hours: 5 buys, 7 sells, $495 total volume. 48,753 holders cannot meaningfully exit.
The Uniswap V3 pair (0x557520519449BAA1E2d4D4Ad4CA0A23DC3fD6ec1) was not even created at launch. It appeared in late July 2025, a full month after the June 19 listing date. One entity controls 100% of that liquidity. It is not locked.

The Website
rexas.com is dead.
The site returns a 502 Bad Gateway error from nginx. It has been this way since approximately June 3, 2026, the date of the last successful Wayback Machine capture. 506 total archived pages exist. We navigated directly to rexas.com in Chrome on June 29, 2026 and confirmed the error ourselves.
The last archived version of the homepage showed a project still claiming to be building. It listed six ecosystem products. It displayed the “$1M Giveaway” widget. It carried the CertiK badge with the words “Audited | 100% Secure & Verified By CertiK.” We will come back to that badge.

The Deployer Wallet
The presale contract was deployed from wallet 0xf6Be37a90E6c996A6f75f58067cB845c0c8d343d. That wallet was funded by Binance 18 (labeled exchange wallet 0x9696f59e4d72e237be84ffd425dcad154bf96976) approximately 1 year and 304 days ago. The setup date was late August 2024, two weeks before the presale began.
The deployer holds 0.083 ETH ($131.59) today. It holds $0 in token value.
Here is what matters.
The deployer sent 9 ETH to the wallet 0xB2058271…d6A5106A8 on approximately July 24, 2025. That was one month after the price crashed 96% on day one of listing.
Then, on June 26, 2026, three days before this investigation, the deployer sent another 0.9 ETH to that same destination wallet.
rexas.com went dark around June 3. Twenty-three days after the website died, the deployer is still active and moving funds.
The destination wallet held only $20.28 when we checked it. The ETH has been forwarded further down an anonymous chain funded by yet another unlabeled EOA (0x01FB3DCb…7873F8721). This is a deliberate obfuscation pattern.
A second wallet, identified by GoPlus Security as the token creator and current owner, is 0x48ee57b01d226d1e1efae1fb15f45d9a11bd018a. It holds 30,000,000 RXS tokens, exactly 3% of total supply, matching the published Team allocation. At the current price, that is worth $13,716.

The CertiK Claim
The website said: “Audited | 100% Secure & Verified By CertiK.”
The actual CertiK Skynet report gives Rexas Finance 53 out of 100 overall. The smart contract scored 72 out of 100. The audit was delivered November 12, 2024, about two months into the presale when roughly $5 million had already been collected.
The audit found six issues. Two were classified as MAJOR. Both were centralization risks. Both were acknowledged by the Rexas Finance team. Neither was fixed.
A 53/100 score with two unresolved MAJOR vulnerabilities is not “100% Secure.” It is the measurable opposite of that claim.
GoPlus Security confirms: the token contract has no honeypot mechanics, no buy or sell tax, is not mintable, and is not a proxy. The token contract is technically clean. The problem was never the smart contract. The problem was the team.

The Staking That Disappeared
The tokenomics promised 200,000,000 RXS tokens (20% of supply) would go to a staking pool where investors could earn rewards.
“Biggest SCAM!!!! I had more than 800 rxs coins, which I had put on stake for more than 6 months. I checked today after months and it shows I have nothing. What??? Scam. — Maria (Canada), Trustpilot, February 6, 2026”
Multiple reviewers report the same outcome. Tokens staked through the Rexas Finance platform have vanished. The staking frontend is inaccessible because the website is offline. The staking contract address was never publicly disclosed for independent verification.
The Telegram That Deletes Questions
“Bought some Rexas and also got on their Telegram group. Once I started having direct concerns about Rexas they removed every post instantly. But then I confronted them even more I got blocked. — Phil (US), Trustpilot, August 14, 2025”
Separately, multiple 2024 victims reported that Telegram admins were requesting 12-word seed phrases under the guise of KYC verification before launch. One investor reported that after complying, 3,000 tokens were removed from their MetaMask wallet at the moment the token went live. This is social engineering layered on top of a presale rug pull.

The Bubblemaps Picture
The Bubblemaps holder visualization for RXS on Ethereum shows seven distinct wallet clusters, labeled Cluster 1 through Cluster 7. Lines connecting wallets within each cluster indicate they have transacted with one another, a signal of coordinated control. This is a standard indicator of insider wallet networks in presale tokens, where teams distribute allocations across many addresses to obscure concentration.

The Tokenomics Math
Published allocation: Presale 50%, Staking 20%, Liquidity 10%, Treasury 10%, Team 3%, Marketing 3%, Giveaway 2%, Partners 2%.
The liquidity allocation was supposed to be 100,000,000 RXS tokens. At current price, that allocation is worth $45,720. The actual Uniswap pool has $19,186. Less than half the promised liquidity was ever deployed and it belongs entirely to one entity.
The $1 million giveaway has no confirmed record of payment. The six ecosystem products are inaccessible behind a dead website. The staking pool has swallowed investor tokens that cannot be retrieved.
The only tokenomics line verifiable on-chain is the Team allocation. The team wallet holds exactly 30,000,000 RXS. Exactly 3%. They followed their own tokenomics for the only part that benefited them directly.

Victim Count and Estimated Losses
Trustpilot shows 151 reviews for rexas.com with a TrustScore of 2.4/5. Fifty-seven percent are 1-star. Thirty-five percent are 5-star, a distribution consistent with review manipulation by the team early in the project lifecycle. Those 5-star reviews disproportionately come from accounts that have never reviewed anything else. The company has never replied to a single negative review.
Estimated aggregate loss: $55,000,000 raised minus $457,205 current FDV = $54,542,795 destroyed. Every dollar invested in the presale is worth approximately 0.57 cents today. This does not count staking losses, seed phrase theft losses, or secondary market losses from post-launch buyers on MEXC, BitMart, or LBank.
Verdict
Five of five ghost token criteria are met.
- RED FLAG: Price 99.8% below promised launch price. Now $0.0004572 vs promised $0.25.
- RED FLAG: Website dead. rexas.com returns 502 Bad Gateway since approximately June 3, 2026.
- RED FLAG: Deployer still active. 0.9 ETH transferred on June 26, 2026, three days ago.
- RED FLAG: 151 Trustpilot complaints with documented financial losses. 57% are 1-star.
- RED FLAG: $19,186 DEX liquidity remaining against $55 million raised. Investors cannot exit.
VERDICT: CONFIRMED PRESALE RUG PULL. ONGOING EXTRACTION.
The team raised $55 million. They listed 60% below their own promised price. The token crashed 96% in 24 hours. The website went offline in June 2026. The deployer is still active. Staked tokens have disappeared. Telegram censors all criticism. The CertiK “100% Secure” claim was false at the time it was written on the website.
What You Can Do
If you lost money in Rexas Finance:
- File a report at Chainabuse (chainabuse.com) with the token contract and presale contract addresses. This creates a public on-chain record for future investigators and law enforcement.
- Do not send funds to any “recovery service” that contacts you. Recovery scams target rug pull victims specifically.
- Do not provide your seed phrase to anyone claiming to be from Rexas Finance. That channel is an identified social engineering vector.
- Save all transaction records, presale receipts, staking confirmations, and communications. These are potential evidence in any future legal action.
